Parker Suction & Return Hose 811 With Parker suction and return line hose from Valley,
you can select the hose and connection combination that
matches your application. Parker's 811 Suction and Return Hose is non-collapsible
hydraulic suction return line constructed of synthetic rubber
inner tube and reinforced by two textile braids or a woven ply,
combined with wire spiraled throughout the textile reinforcement
to prevent collapse under vacuum. It has a MSHA-accepted
synthetic rubber cover. The 811 Suction and Return Hose series meets a
wide a range of application requirements:
- Meets or exceeds SAE 100R4 requirements,
but with one-half the SAE minimum bend radius
- Temperature range for petroleum-based
hydraulic fluids of -40°F to +212°F
- Cost-effective for OEM or MRO use
- Oil and weather-resistant synthetic rubber cover
- Suitable for vacuum applications up to 25 in./Hg.
811 Suction and Return Hose is compatible with crimp-style
or field-attachable fittings. Valley maintains an extensive inventory
of fittings in a wide range of sizes, particularly the high-demand
2-1/2” and 3” crimp-on SAE Code 61 flanges. And they are

Orientation of Offset Elbow Ends
in a Suction and Return Hose
Assembly –
For double elbow assemblies, it is imperative that
the method of description and measurement provide
the desired displacement rather than its mirror image.
To achieve this, either end may be selected as the
reference point, provided angle displacement is
determined appropriately (clockwise or counter
clockwise) for the reference selected. As shown in Figure 1, with the centerline of
the near end as a base reference, angular
displacement is measured counter-clockwise
to the centerline of the far end.
Displacement angle may have any value from
0 to 359 degrees. Please note that making the
angle determination in the wrong direction will
result in a unacceptable part. Unless otherwise specified, a tolerance of ±3
degrees is acceptable for assembly lengths up
to 610 mm inclusive, and ±5 degrees for assembly
lengths over 610 mm. |

As shown in Figure 2, with the centerline of the far end as a base reference, angular displacement is measured clockwise to the centerline of the near end.
